Happy (almost) Spring!
Placing a deposit and purchasing a rabbit is agreeing to this policy, regardless of having read it or not. All sales comply to the entirety of this policy. Policy is subject to change at any time.
Deposits are 50% of the full agreed-upon price as well as non-refundable. If you place a deposit and decide you no longer want the bunny, you forfeit the money to me. If you place a deposit and either don't show up to pick your bunny up or don't respond, the money is forfeited to me. If you cannot make the pickup date, please let me know and we can work something out. However, should something happen to the bunny while it is in my care, (in case of injury, sickness, or death) I will happily either switch your deposit to another bunny, or refund you.
Please email me directly if you have any questions! tinytailsrabbits@gmail.com
If you are not using Transport and will be picking your rabbit up yourself, this section is for you.
I do not guarantee my rabbits health once they leave my care. I do my very best to ensure your new bunny is in the best health possible before sale. Once they leave, there are too many variables at play and I will not be held responsible for any health issues or death.
Not every rabbit is the same. These categories are what I use to determine the best suited home for my rabbits.
*I make no promises of how your rabbit will behave, react, perform, or breed. I can only give my best guess.
I retain the right to refuse a sale at any point in time for any reason. If I decide not to go through with a sale due to reasons not stated above, I will refund any deposits previously sent.
Here at TTR, we love our rabbits. If at any point you cannot take care of your bunny anymore, decide to sell it, or for any reason will not be keeping possession of the rabbit, please give me first right of refusal. (come to me and allow me the chance to take the bunny back. With pet rabbits, I require you to come to me first both to notify me as well as offer first right of refusal! I would also be happy to take any supplies off your hands. I only require 2 things when I take a bunny back. 1, you must provide transition feed if you're on anything other than Dawson Gap Naturals. 2, if your rabbit is sick, injured, or has been, as well as spayed/neutered, you must tell me. Rabbits that get returned to me will likely be resold after a quarantine/recovery period.
All rabbits will remain in my care until they are at least 9 weeks of age. No Tiny Tails bunnies are EVER to be surrendered to a shelter, humane society, or rescue. In a case where this is felt necessary, please contact me so I can have a chance to either take them back or help you find a new home for the bunny.
