Deposits are non-refundable. If you place a deposit and back out, you forfeit the money to me. If you place a deposit and either don't show up to pick it up or don't respond, the money is forfeited to me. If you cannot make the pickup date, please let me know and we can work something out.
However, should something happen to the bunny while it is in my care, I will happily switch your deposit to another bunny, or refund you.
If at any time you cannot keep your rabbit, I will take it back. If you do not plan on getting another bunny, I will gladly take the enclosure/supplies. However, I will not refund you.
If your rabbit is sick, please let me know.
